New Employment Options (NEO) was founded by President and Owner Jeff Galbo, whose extensive background in vocational development and human services laid the foundation for the progressive programs NEO delivers today. The organization is built around a simple principle: services must be centered on each individual’s goals and their capacity to achieve them.
Jeff began his career in 1996, supporting at-risk teenagers through a regional community rehabilitation program serving youth referred by the New Hampshire Division for Children, Youth and Families (Waypoint). In 1997, he expanded his work to serve individuals with disabilities through the New Hampshire Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rivier University in Nashua, New Hampshire in 1998.
During his early career, Jeff grew a Vocational Rehabilitation Program from six participants to more than sixty-five and expanded a youth program from eight individuals to an average of over fifty. After stepping away from human services for eight years, he served as a Major Account Sales Manager in the Information Technology sector, where he developed strategic leadership, business development, and operational expertise.
In 2007, Jeff returned to human services and established New Employment Options, LLC. With more than 30 years of statewide networking and service delivery experience, he has helped hundreds of individuals reach their highest level of personal capability. He is both ACRE Certified and an IAPRC Certified Life Coach.
Today, NEO is recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most progressive Community Rehabilitation Providers in New Hampshire. The organization specializes in Career Development, Personal Life Management Training and Life Coaching for individuals with disabilities. NEO has built a strong reputation for professionalism, adaptability, and creativity in helping clients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes.
