New Employment Options (NEO) was developed by President and Owner, Jeff Galbo, whose extensive experience in Vocational Development and Human Services led him to the development of NEO’s progressive programs that are available today. NEO’s services are centered on each individual’s goals and their personal capability in achieving them.
Jeff Galbo began his career in 1996, assisting at-risk teenagers through a regional community rehabilitation program with individuals provided by New Hampshire Division of Child, Youth and Family (Waypoint). In 1997, he began services with individuals challenged with Disability from the State of New Hampshire Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. In 1998, he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rivier University of Nashua, NH. After growing the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program from 6 individuals to more than 65 and assisting the youth program expanded from 8 youths to an average of 50+, he left the industry for 8 years and served as a Major Account Sales Manager within the field of Information Technologies.
In 2007, Jeff Galbo returned to Human Services and created New Employment Options, LLC. Jeff has been networking throughout the state for over 25 years and has helped hundreds of individuals reach their greatest personal aptitude. Additionally, Jeff is a Certified Life Coach and ACRE Certified.
NEO is currently recognized as one of the fastest growing and progressive Community Rehabilitation Providers in New Hampshire. NEO specializes in Career Development, Personal Life Management Training and Life Coaching for individuals challenged by disability.
